my kind of (new) diet; save the tummy wall 2x


I am proud that I cooked foods for the sake of saving my tummy's lining wall from ulcers, scratches, inflammation. Very hard because I instantaneously think about meat dishes, fried dishes, instant cook dishes, oily dishes, and tempura found in the corner stall, near the basketball court!

Congee + Sliced Sayote (christophene) + steamed hotdogs = Saved Health, Spare you from stomach trouble and doctor's occupied bench on the 3rd floor!

Gastritis is literally a very painful stomach illness. I struggled against the pain from 7 to 4 in the morning. Question: this boring food or gastritis?
