Four Season or Four Seasons (with an S there along the beach!) ?

Logic dictates that more than one, so add s, right? but when a particular word becomes a modifier--pardon my being professional--drop the S (in short, if it serves as an adjective) like the bed word, pajamas. then becomes pajama in pajama party or pajama-crazed dweeb!

But since it is the name of the dish: say it hot (pardon the pun) FOUR SEASONS vegetable dish.
