ADJECTIVE BECOMES NOUN.
ex. poor, dead, sick, wise, homeless, etc
if you have an adjectivized noun (adjective becomes noun) treat and pair it with plural verbs.
therefore, The poor ARE [dili, the poor is...]....the dead HAVE [pls dont say, the dead IS...] .....the WISE DO....[if you write THE WISE IS...THEN...you are incorrect!]
formula: adjective to noun + plural verbs
