about fire...players? ahh, dancers!

Fire dancing is relatively recent Polynesian tradition, originated by a Samoan dancer in 1946. We went to the beach with the goal of opening officially the summer of Shean (Good alliteration there!). Well, he swam. Goalie (word play: goalie could be interpreted as "goli" -- scrambled syllables for "ligo" or bath/bathe! ) and we also witnessed two fire dancers--probably 20 meters from the area of Shean, his mom, Angelina Jolie wannabe, the driver, the other friend, Ken, and The Fashionista!
Then, diva Regine was into the conversation, because Angelina Jolie wannabe gave a visual-based comment of those two "rookie-looking" fire dancers: that is not talent. Both Ziggy and I objected (as if we were inside this European auditorium, that loud), "NO, that is talent!" Then, debate ensued. Then we looked seriously to the dancers and the food waited for us and the food hated us!
Not a talent because they are practising; just a routine. Talent is like Regine who has this distinct voice. We all can sing but not as powerful as Regine! That's Angelina Jolie wannabe's point.
OUR point is: Talent involves practice. If you sustain that practice and eventually adapted all its worth and dynamics, a person gets that Talent!
I asked: Could we go there at the fire dancers? I want some photos with them. I brushed the sands off my pants, told Shean to eat slow, and the debate became pictorial!
