Since the money coming from the taxes is either being magic or in Napoles' fat bank account; why not the government make MOUNTAINS! Yes, every centavo will go to this ambitious project and bang! the next time that the Philippines will have a Category 5 Typhoon: just press the button and the Napoles-made este man-made mountains will appear before our very eyes, with matching gigantic and metallic trees to make sure that the powerful winds and whales (knock on wood) from the Pacific will be sliced into bits!
