I have thought for a mnemonic device on simple present tense and the He/She /It connection.
He/She/It loves, picks, logs out
So, the technique is: THINK a deadly snake and one person/thing/animal (HE, SHE, IT,), Draw a sticky person and an "S" (that "s" is the snake).

So NEXT time: when there is a HESHEIT sighting, put some SNAKE AFTER THE VERB!!!
example: 1. He gives a burst of energy every day.
2. She welcomes the friends with a smile!
note: I/WE/THEY-------------drop the snake!!!
